How does monthly bookkeeping work?

Each month, I record and verify your transactions in QuickBooks Online, ensure they match your bank and credit card statements, and provide clear Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports so you’re ready for tax time.

When will I receive my financial reports?

Reports are delivered by the 10th of each month, giving you the information you need to plan ahead.

Do you offer catch-up bookkeeping?

Yes! If your books are behind, I can get you caught up as part of my Add-On services.

What if my books are behind schedule or need a clean-up?

No worries! I can clean up past transactions and organize your records so your books are accurate and up-to-date. Happy to discuss the details for your specific situation and go from there.

When and how do I send my documents to you?

You'll need to provide your bank and credit card statements each month. To make things easy, I can set up your bank and credit card accounts to automatically sync with QuickBooks, or you can send them to me manually by email or document sharing if you prefer.

Do you file taxes?

No, I don't, but I keep your bookkeeping well organized to make tax time easier for a CPA or tax professional to file your returns.
